Ive never had such terrible service from a company before. I sent an order for a product that was supposed to be delivered on Jan. 22 and its now Feb. 1 I called the customer service line and they said that my order is out of stock but they cant tell me where it is or when it will arrive. They also said that they wont do anything about my money because the item is out of stock. This company should not be in business

Crosslin Technologies is a company that I completely trust. However they recently had a product and serviceato have a freeze on their site. I was able to get it fixed very quickly and then again later that day. But this only isnt the end of the world. Its just that theyve always been one of the few companies I could always rely on. But now...Crosslin Technologies has turned into a company that can never be trusted. They have caused many problems for me in the past and now they are causing problems for me again. There is no good reason for them to be around and there is no hope for them to improve.
