Failed to DeliverI just bought a RHEL and Red Hat provider fromCrossvale.com. I was very disappointed with their performance in terms of delivery and support. The first time my providers image failed Crossvale failed to provide any help or support even after they received a complaint from me. I would not recommend this company to anyone else.

does not seem to be up to date with what is going on in the worldCompany Crossvale does not seem to be up to date with what is going on in the world. They provide RHEL and Red Hat Provider services but their understanding of Digital Transformation Company DTC is sorely lacking. For example they do not appear to understand that Multi-Cloud companies are now a thing - they only offer Private Public Hybrid and Multi-Cloud services. Additionally they are apparently not aware that private clouds can work with public clouds as well I found this out after getting a quote for an entire project from them. Finally their support staff is extremely slow - I had my problem fixed only after spending several hours on hold wait time. Overall I would not recommend using Company Crossvale if you need Digital Transformation services.

Dont bother with this company if you need your technology done right - they are terrible at their job. Ive been using them for a few years now and every time something goes wrong they blame me. Finally I had enough and cancelled my subscription.

Their services were terrible and their transparency was nonexistent. They offered little to no value for money and in the end I didnt even bother complaining because it was clear that they couldnt or wouldnt deliver on their promises.
