has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.I had a terrible experience with Crowd Comfort. The customer service was absolutely terrible. They would not help me with anything whatsoever and I spent hours trying to get my question answered. There was also a lot of attitude in the conversation which made it really difficult to work with them.

is a complete scamI have had the misfortune of working with Crowd Comfort a company that is in the business of Mobile Facilities Management Technology. What I found to be most concerning was their total lack of credibility. For one they offer high-priced services that are not actually necessary for example supposedly providing mobile field units that are not even available in real life. Additionally their products and services are incredibly overpriced - for example a 2000 service fee for just two hours of work. In addition to all this they do not seem to really care about their customers - they typically do not respond to inquiries or respond quickly to complaints. Overall I would not recommend working with this company at all

.com is a complete ripoffI ordered mobile facilities management technology from Crowd Comfort.com and was very disappointed with the product. The website clearly states that the technology will help manage and improve the quality of your Mobile Facility but in my experience it did nothing of the sort. In fact it made my facility much worse in terms of appearance and performance. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

has terrible customer serviceI just moved out of a company called Crowd comfort. I had to contact customer service about a broken light bulb. They were terrible with customer service and did not help me out. I loved their mobile facilities management technology so I was really disappointed when they didnt work properly with that. The app would show the name of the business but no phone number so it was hard to find out more about it.

is a company I have had to send back multiple productsI have had Crowdcomfort do many of the work for me so far and they are definitely doing their job. However they sometimes forget things which can cause problems in the future. For example when I was sent to move out of my old home they forgot to move in another monitor with the information that I needed to know to get started. So I had to send them back and get one from the store. Crowdcomfort is a company that is trying to be something good but unfortunately some of their features cant hold up to use. For example when I sent them to move in my new home they forgot to move in a battery review from last year which said The building itself does not provide power ACCVT for mobile devices up to 59s in height. They got it moving right away but left it attachedangerous because it showed that I was 5
