Great company with amazing products. However their customer service is terrible. I had to create a customer account and then my password was changed without me knowing and now my account is locked. They wont give me a new one until I send in proof of purchase. Totally unacceptable

One customer said that they were told they couldnt sell until they got their happy danceitude together. Overall Im not impressed with Crystal Clear Technologies - something goes wrong often enough where user feedback is not relevant. I would avoid this website like the plague

But when I had to send a product back for not resembling what I expected they were very sorry and offered a full refund.I was extremely disappointed with the product and the customer service.
