Crywolf.com is an absolute scam The representative I spoke to said they could help me fix my Mac but when I got there they told me that the problem was with my computer and not with the Mac itself. They then told me that if I wanted them to do anything else then I needed to pay for a service plan which would cost me 99year. Needless to say this company is a total scam and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone

Crywolf is terrible Ive used them twice and the service was horrible both times. The first time they said myMac was damaged but it wasnt. The second time they said myMac needed to be fixed because there was a virus on it. And even though it wasnt they still charged me for the service Do not use this company
