I have never had such a negative experience with any company in my life. The sales person that I spoke to was very unhelpful and did not seem interested in helping me at all. The system that I ordered is absolutely terrible and does not work whatsoever. Do not waste your time or money on this company they are the worst.

I dont think Ive ever had such terrible customer service. They said my system wasnt working and wouldnt give me a refund. After speaking to another representative they said that the problem was with my card and not the system. Horrible experience overall

I bought a CSAV system from csavsystems.com and it was terrible. I had to send it back because the sound quality was terrible and the video was extremely poor. The customer service wasnt very helpful either.
