CACompany CSCi is a terrible user review service. I have been using it for about 4 years now and have never had a problem with it. However I have had the opportunity to help over 50 of the people who come in to my office. They are not good at customer service and often times they will not let me know how things can be improved. For example when I sent a message to them about a bug in their software they refused to listen and just said No problem.I have tried so many customer support services in the past few years that I have nothing that feels like this experience did for me. The worst part is that I am sure these people still are coming in because they think We make the worlds best computer support service. Instead of being careful and ensuring that every call is investigated before being answered they just given one go-to number when something goes wrong.The company csci.com does not seem to care about

CACompany CSCi is a bad user review site. I have never been able to receive my charges or pay on time. Every month they change theoccurring in my account but not the process. Please fix this problem before it becomes a situation where I cant do anything about it.
