I have used this company for years and have always been satisfied with the services Ive received. However their customer retention software is terrible. Its constantly asking for new accounts even though there is no need for one. Its been bad since I got my account in January and its still asking for new accounts. Do not recommend.

I just opened this email to find a very broken and embarrassing user review for csgglobal.com. We know people can be quite dishonest - especially when it comes to online reviews - so please do not open this email if you dont want to be wasting your time and yours watching these problems.This email is about how bad of a customer service representative they are and how she never asks questions and makes you feel like youre the only one who knows whats going on. She always has their best interests at heart but she never seems to read her own text until after the fact. And finally she doesnt ever seem to take into account your comments or even make sure that shes explaining things clearly - she just keeps making things worse. I think it would be better off not being in the business at all and retire right now.
