"I Just Signed Up For Csgny.com And My First"
Computer Services Group Inc, Review Specifics:
I just signed up for csgny.com and my first step was to contact customer service. I got a hold of a representative who told me that I needed to enter my account number and date of birth into the system in order to continue Vanity Case Service. I did as they asked and then received a call back which lasted about 30 seconds. The representative told me that she would get back to me and never gave me any information about what happened next. My computer is now completely ruined and my case is still going forward.This users experience with company csgny.com has been negative. They provide terrible customer service and their computers is now destroyed

They refused to help me and told me that their team is bigger and better than mine. Its now been 7 hours since my phone went out and there are no updates from their teamThis company csgny.com is terrible and should not be in business
