I have had the terrible experience with company csgsupport.net. First of all their customer service is absolutely terrible. They never seem to be able to get back to you and are always willing to try and sell you more services than what you need. Secondly their prices are outrageous compared to other IT Support Services providers in Los Angeles. Finally their website is extremely outdated and difficult to navigate. Overall I would not recommend this company if you want good quality IT support services at a reasonable price.

They are the best at what they do My businesses have grown exponentially and with their ability to help me with IT support and network services I feel confident that my businesses will too. You can trust them to do the right thing by their customers.Company CSGSupport.Net is terrible and they are only good at helping you if your business has a lot of things going on like computers and hardware. They dont even work with time pressure people who come here to get help.

Im not sure what got into this company. I think its something to do with the business model and the customer service they offer. Every time I call them it takes forever to get back to me. Ive even sent emails and asked for help and they still wont give me what I need. Im really disappointed in the company right now.
