They have always been able to help me with whatever question I had and even helped out with some extra projects that needed to be done on my server as well. They were slow unhelpful and did not do any of their testing properly before they started providing services. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

I had to call them up on my cell phone and they were busy with other customers. is a company that outsources technology support to other businesses in Milwaukee WI. I was this companys customer many times and the support was always professional and time well spent. However since becoming known as CTaccess my experience has become less than positive. The worst example is their service for IT companies in Milwaukee which CCNreports refers to as Incorrect.I had the opportunity to work with CTaccess once upon a time and they were always more than happy to help with whatever my needs were. My machine went down with them when we were working on a project and they were very quick to get back to me and explain what happened and how it was fixed. .com does not seem to be a reputable company.I just moved out of a computer school and wanted to find a company that was reliable and trustworthy. I found CTaccess.com to be both unreliable and reliability itself. Every time I would change one little piece of information on my resume or question a staff member they would do their best to avoid answering my questions but ultimately there was noissue with the job itself. They would send me further down the road in order to make me understand how much work went into this project as opposed to simply providing IT assistance. At first it felt like they were doing this for fun - it - however now I realize that really didnt have anything to do with fun and everything had something to do with the money they made from this project.cerulean online review
