I have never had such terrible customer service. I contacted them about a training I was taking for my job and the person who answered the phone said that they would not be able to help me because they were too busy with other customers. I told him that I needed to take the training and he said oh sure without any further questions. When I got there they told me that they were too busy with another customer and wouldnt be able to help me anyway. It was very frustrating because everything else about this company is great - their prices are unbeatable their Meraki Training is top-notch but this just didnt work out for me.

I cannot believe that this company is in the business of Cisco Meraki Training I was very disappointed with their quality of service and the level of incompetence they exhibited. My instructor was extremely unprofessional and did not seem to have a lot of knowledge about the subject matter. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

CCTClc.com is a bad user review site. The company has been around for many years and is well-known among Cisco experts. However this website has now become a favorite of individuals who are looking for provider quality and training only. In this particular review the company has made sure to recommend only one provider instead of the entire sites range which iscause of which I believe will be Haitis first port of call when seeking CTCLCC advice.
