I just got out of my first job as a customer service representative at company ctgtx.com and I cant say Im impressed. It was a very difficult decision to make but I felt like it was best for my career. First the good - Trevor is an amazing customer service representative who makes every effort to understand what you want and how you want things done. Hes always willing to help and is extremely passionate about his work. - Second the bad - The website is incredibly slow and often doesnt go beyond the top part of the page in terms of search results. Additionally phone support has been non-existent in the past even after updating them repeatedly. Overall this made getting around the site easy enough but also caused some longer conversations than necessary. Finally wordy items such as features that were new on our last website failed spectacularly when accessed recently due to this same slowed down experience...Its like theyre constantly trying not
