I used this company to order a printer from. The website was very easy to navigate and the product arrived quickly. However when I received my printer there were significant problems with it. First the ink had not even started coming out of the cartridge - it looked like it had been used before. Second there were huge bubbles all over the printhead - it looked like it had been used in an earlier printing job and hadnt been cleaned in a while. Finally one of the output pages was completely covered in dust and fingerprints - Clearly someone who hadnt bothered to take care of their equipment
