I have never had such terrible customer service. I was working on a project and my phone would not turn on so I could finish it. They told me to try again tomorrow and then they said that my phone was dead and there was no way for me to fix it. I asked them how long it would take for them to come out and they said it would be two weeks at the most. Then they told me that if I did not want to buy a new phone they could send me one instead. My original phones were old so this was really inconvenient.

They keep giving me different excuses for why my call isnt going through and its very frustrating because I really need to get my message out there to as many people as possible. Save your time and money and avoid this company at all cost

is a scamThis company is a scam. I contacted them about my CtiPath account and they told me that I had to pay 50 for a year of service. When I went to check the website there was no such thing as a year of service option. There was only a month of service option. They also said that if I didnt have an account yet I needed to create one. Then they asked me to provide my credit card information. I never received any services from this company and they are not worth your time or money.
