I have had a negative experience with ctitech.com. The fiber service they provide is terrible. I have been using their service for about two months and I have had to call them multiple times because my cable isnt working properly. They always say they will get someone to come out right away but never do. They also charge a lot of money for the service which is not worth it in my opinion.

This company is a horrible and charmed I have never had any good experiences with them starting with the start of my childs school there--which was their responsibility--and then again when my son said they were responsible for his internet and cable. Then I got rid of them because I wouldnt be taking my children back there anymore. Now Im back--but with my two kids under the same name. Still nothing but bad reviews.
