Do not be fooled by their advertising or their website which looks like a reputable company.

OI have had the unfortunate experience of working with Company CTM sohio.com. They are always out there trying to get you to pay more for their services than you should especially when it comes to A Strategic Managed IT Partner. In addition to this they will also try to collect from you various fees based on what they believe is a fair pricing structure. I would not recommend working with this company and I would ask those who do not have similar experiences to do so at an event or two.

OIm not sure what the company is that I bad. I think its their customer service. Their customer service is terrible. They always seem to have something else in mind than what theyre supposed to do and they never seem to meet their own expectations. So generally I think theyre amazing at what they do but very mediocre at how they manage and deliver on the promises.

They are very slow in getting your contact information and availability and the results dont look good for them. more lessI just found out that theyre ZipLabs and the company name is CTMSO. Their site looks successful until you try to play around with their content or user interface. Its like they didnt know how to do anything without help from software design classes and onlineStats. more less
