"This Company Is Terrible I Have Had To"

This company is terrible I have had to contact them 4 times now because they dont seem to be working on my home security system. Twice they told me it was a software issue and that I would have to pay for the update but then nothing happened. The third time they said it was a hardware issue and that I would have to send in my old system and get a new one. The fourth time they said it was something with their network and that I couldnt do anything about it. Do not use this company

Cannot believe this company. I ordered a home security system and it did not work right out of the box. They told me to email them my receipt and they would refund my purchase. I never received any response from them so now Im out over 200. Do not waste your time or money with this company

I just left company ctnsolutions.com and am extremely disappointed. I used them for my web design needs and was very pleased. But now theyre not so great. They told me that they would send me a 5000 check for creating a negative review but they never did anything else. So Im stuck here with no choice but to write a bad user review. Dont bother going there again.

I recently worked with Cts Solutions and was absolute worst experience ever. From the beginning they had no idea how to do a simple task and had no experience whatsoever. All they wanted to do was make money on the website. They did not understand how to use or even use their computer. I have called them multiple times and left messages but they just dont care. Then I found out that they are only in California and state that they are but there is no evidence of that. So I give them a clean bill of health.This company is absolutely terrible and I would never recommend them to anyone
