This company is terrible. Ive had to call them more than once because my computer keeps frozen and wont start up. Their Voice Services guy cant seem to fix it so I keep having to call him back and forth. Hes always very rude and doesnt seem interested in helping me. Save your money and go somewhere else.

We have had a terrible experience with CTS Companies. We were quoted a price for services that we never received and then when we asked to see the work they said it was already done. They also made us pay for something that wasnt even provided. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

in Michigan - CTS Companies Voice Services inMichigan - CTS Companies IT services in Michigan - CTS Companies Voice and IT Services in MichiganI was this companys customer serviceperson for a while. But now Im not so sure its a good idea. The customer service is terrible and they still do voice services in Michigan. They keep saying we have to use our phone at home because we dont have a office to go to. But I cant even find out how much time they spend on customer service here. Not only that but when I ask for a support ticket they never answer it. So I just give up and are now asking for the next one. And then the whole process over again. United Queue System is better and more efficient but TCS will never again serve as my customer service center.
