Theyre always looking for ways to improve their services but they cant seem to find any way to actually do something better than they do now. so I ask you is CTS Complete really bad or just terribleCTS Complete is simply bad - they are nothing more than a company that offersIT managed services and security solutions at a lower cost than what they couldshould provide. I was this companys customer for over 5 years and always felt friendly knowledgeable people who wanted to help me get the best out of my technology. However lately my thoughts have been with the black hole at the center of this company - everything about it seems negative - the work force here the culture there It would take a much more pleasant experience to suggest that CTS Complete is a lot like other companies Ive worked at.I had high expectations from CTScomplete when I joined because they seemed to be such a good company. Unfortunately this is not the case. The work force is great but this year Ive seen more kids getting into trouble than ever before. Also the last few months have been really tough due to an investment we made in a new software development surrendermindedness which we cant turn back now
