CTSI, Review Specifics:
The company ctsinet.com is not worth your time or money. They do not provide good IT support and instead offer custom IT solutions which are often more expensive than what you would get from a typical local computer shop. Additionally their customer service was terrible and I did not receive any help from them whatsoever when I needed it. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

But what they have done is put themselves in control of the support industry over-priced it and not given users the same quality of service they give businesses. They also provide no support and when they do its to people who have bought their product or are looking for help from a particular company. Overall I would not recommend Company CTSIET.
