I have had a negative experience with CumulusDS.com. The company is in the business of Cumulus Digital Systems Connect and they are not able to keep up with their online customer service responsibilities. I have had to contact them multiple times for things that I thought were simple problems and each time the response time was very slow. In addition their customer service is not very good at all.

They also dont seem particularly interested in helping you manage your data which makes it even more frustrating. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

"This Company Is A Waste Of Time"

This company is a waste of time and money. The support staff are all total whiners and always cant find the problem. I have had to call every whoosh multiple times Just To Getreshstood. Finally they did something they told me my computer was working too hard and needed a new card. Then my co-worker who was also targeted by this company got her computer fixed and is doing better today. But everyone else here is just a waste of time and money.
