CuroGens, Review Specifics:
I was extremely disappointed with the company curogens.com. I ordered a software package that I was promised would help me increase my business activity and it ended up being nothing more than a waste of my money. The software is not even live yet and I have not received any feedback from the company about it. Additionally the customer service experience was incredibly poor. My representative told me that she could not do anything because the software was unavailable. In addition despite multiple attempts to reach her through email and phone she did not respond to my messages until after they had already been sent to other people in her department. Overall this company is very unprofessional and does not deserve your business.

I just moved to Curogens.com and I am so disappointed in the customer service The first time I called to get my account set up I was connected to a super slow person who said she couldnt do anything because she was busy with her own business. The second time I called I was trying to order something and the chat box went red and white so I knew it was too late for an answer. So I used the form given and it said my order had come back canceled. Now they are telling me my account is pending suspension because they have since been out of action for two weeks now.Im sorry to hear that Curogens.com is not meeting your needs or how you felt when you occupied its space. Your experience should never have been affected by the quality of customer service available here.
