Customer Dynamics is a terrible business practices company. I have had the worst experience with them in years. Every time Ive had to fight for my freedom theyre always on top of it. They always have the latest and greatest technology so that they can be first in line to sell their products. If you dont know how to fight for your freedom then you dont deserve to play customer dynamics is there any hope for you.

I have had the opportunity to use Customer Dynamics for a short period of time. I found them to be very user-friendly and easy to work with. However I do not believe that they hold up to their reputation - despite being a low-cost option they provide poor value for your money. For example their easing service product is nothing more than an online course on how to make better customer relationships. In my opinion this should be a core part of any customer dynamics business.
