After reading through all of the negative reviews I have found one that is Cocoon and it looks like they are still being run by the same people who had trouble with reviews in the past. So here it isI am very unhappy with Customware.com. Every since their recent move to startverages and the introduction of customer service seeing as how they are only ever called forth for phone calls I have become increasingly dissatisfied with their services. Customware.com is a very low quality company. They are always quick to sell products without them being necessary or at least not as long as they are able to. This company has made it their business to ruin users lives by making them purchase things they cannot use or doing not what they expected. If you want to buy something and see that the site is unable toage your product before you even paid for it they will try and cancel the order for you. Even morealmly if you do not meet all of their requirements they may take away your money. Overall I would do not recommend this site to anyone.
