Customware, Inc., Review Specifics:
I have had some great experiences using Customware but it has now been taken over by a different company. They are much more like MRP tools with an extra layer of software that you must add onto your application to get the desired results. I would not recommend this tool to anyone.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at customwareinc.com. The ERP solution they sent is not complete and it looked nothing like the product they said they would be released to public view on their website. Additionally the customer service person I contacted did not seem to care about or want to help me as my experience showed. I believe that company customwareinc.com is no longer worth their time or money in todays economy.
