ServicesI have had the pleasure of working with Company CVits.com for the past year and a half now. My favorite feature about working here is their dedication to customer service. I have received many compliments on my ability to help clients in a variety of ways both big and small. Its good old-fashioned customer service that I appreciate. However company cvits.com does not meet my needs as a user and would not be worth my time or money if I did them other than as a service provider.

ServicesI have just returned from my last visit to company CVits.com It was a very poor experience. The office staff were all either busy or else doing other things which made it difficult to serve customers. The customer service was terrible. I had to ask multiple times for the manager and then get creative about how I thought I needed help. Also when I did finally get through to the manager she seemed really upset that i was asking so many questions in particular about our IT systems andnot wanting results as soon as possible. She didnt even bother trying to be helpful instead she just said Im sorry and went with her own story which again wasnt realistic or appropriate for this task at hand. Consequently after over an hour of wait time meekly asks what is wrong with my computer which by the way is already sposed we are now going to try out a different approach 2 minutes before end of hours.
