comI just moved to CXteccom and am not shortening my visit as much. The staff is unprofessional and when I ask for help with a problem the they always say they are sorry but never do anything. They also keep telling me that their software is the best in the business but I cant find one single thing I have been using cxtec.com for years and have never had any problems so Im not sure what youre doing here.

Im not sure why anyone would want to use this company when there are so many better option out there. .com not cxtec.comI have had two problems with company cxtec.com in the past month. The first was a sudden disconnection of the internet and required a new connection set up from my end and even that was trying different tools to try and get it set up. The second was a P over E Pebble issue where I could see some white spots on the image but no picture. Neither of these were major issues but they are what got me switched to another provider.I would not recommend this business to anyone.
