Cyan Bear is a terrible company. I have never had such poor service from a company in my life. The iOS app stopped working and Cyan Bear said it was because of the update but now its not working again and they wont help me fix it. They also charged me for an app that I already bought. This is the worst experience ever.

I have just added cyanbear.com to my own list of sites to visit as I really like this app and the website. However I have had a few bad experiences with them in the past and am not confident about their current performance. For example they gave me a wrong address for an email notification - I was able to fix it but its now preventing me from receiving emails at all today. I think this is because of their new system where all email notifications are sent through his or her delivery network which is supposed to take care of all that extra communication work. 15CyanBear Were sorry for the poor experience weve had with previous clients. I am not happy with cyanbear.com. I have had problems with my phone working and getting results from time to time. I have also had problems with the app being out of focus and needing to be closed to see what was going on in the picture. Overall I am not a very happy customer of this app.
