I just had to write a bad user review for company cyberadvisors.com which is in the business of IT Support Services in Minneapolis. Ive been using them for about 4 years now and have never had a issue with my computer or laptop. But Im so disappointed with their services this year. First they refused to help me out with my account even though I was very familiar with their process. Then they couldnt find our pair of shoes on the internet again known as Duffys Dilemma . Finally they said they would take care of it and sent me a message saying Were sorry we dont offer that service. What They do not In fact Ive never received a call back nor did they come through with a service other than that. Overall I have had negative experiences with them all year and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have had two different businesses do IT for me and Cyberadvisors.com has been the worst. They have never gotten my needs met and have always done things wrong. Ive had to send in duplicates of their offers because they havent met all of my needs. Im currently switching to a third party company that is going to be even worse than Cyberadvisors.

I have had two different companies do for me single desk IT solutions in the past and I can say that cyberadvisors.com is a very poor choice of especially when it comes to their customer service. Every time I have to call they are never available or are incredibly slow in getting back to you. They always seem to be trying to get you a new number but every time it takes forever and then they give up and just offer nothing else of value.I have had to call them multiple times because my number is always being used and they never seem to care about their customers. This company is just terrible at all and I would not recommend them any my friends or family.
