is not only a scam but their customer service is terribleI have been a customer of CyberJaz for over a year now and I have had to deal with the most frustrating and unprofessional customer service ever. They always seem like they dont know what theyre doing when it comes to managing IT services and their response time when I contact them is often very slow. In addition to that their prices are extortionate compared to other providers in the area. Overall I would not recommend CyberJaz to anyone

is the worst company everI have never had such terrible service from a company. CyberJaz doesnt even deserve to be in the business of IT services. I called them to ask about something that was scheduled for tomorrow and they told me it would already be done and no worries. The next day my computer fried because of some software they installed on it without my knowledge or consent. I dont know how they could keep getting away with this kind of stuff but they do. Avoid this company at all costs

is a company that I would not recommend to my friends and family.I was this persons customer service representative for a while and I did a great job. But now Im not so sure. Theyre always willing to listen and take the time to figure out what youre trying to do and how youre trying to solve your problem. However they can be very quick to give up on you or say things like I dont know when they really are just uninformed. Overall I would not recommend Cyberjaz to my friends and family.

Well Im sorry to say that this user was not delivered on what they needed or wanted. Cyberjaz seems to be all about selling their software and they dont even offer services like this. Im sure the users here are similar experiences so you can understand how I felt when I received it.

is a company that promises to be many things but always delivers on them. However they often dont and this review will most likely be one of them.I have had two years of use for it and it is terrible. Its like they are trying to do something but they cant quite seem to keep it together. Their customer service is horrible too. They always have some other company doing what theyre doing and its really getting in the way of their ability to provide good service.IcyberJaz is a company that tries to do the right thing but still fails miserably. Their customer service is amazing but their promise of many things but never delivering Onerous Services is usually all you ever get.
