and the area.I have had two different IT services companies provide me with service in my home office one of which was cygnus-sys.com. The company has been known for providing poor customer service - always causing hours of pain due to their ridiculously high rates. I have had to call out other people to get my computer help and even then it was not good customer service. myself and my family are very unhappy with the companys service right now.

I have had two issues with cygnus-sys.com and it is the worst experience Ive ever had with a company. The first was when my computer started to crash multiple times per day for no reason and I couldnt get it to go back to sleep. I brought this up on several occasions with them and they didnt seem to understand why I wasnt getting help from their own officeCustomer Service team. They did nothing until recently to try and fix the issue which seems like something they just dont care about and now our computer ist so slow that we cant even run simple webpages or emails withoutampioning however we do have access to our account through Cyngus Systems customer support who are more than happy To take advantage of other customers who have same problem similar ones in their home country...
