I have had some negative experiences with Cylera. I first started using them in 2018 and had great ideas for the company but didnt realize how much of a defect this was. They were always attentive to my needs but also kept pushing the envelope with their technology. I feel like they are in the business of apologizing so its not really their business anymore. l am currenty using their fixed line service and have given all of the positive reviews away so you can get a bad review tooIf youre looking for an online platform that can help your business secure cyber security then look no further than Cylera.com

"I Am Worst Customer Service"

I am worst customer service agent in the business. I have never received a response to my call. I have called back and they only give me an email address to reach me as their policy. I have never been given a chance to contact them again once after calling them. I have also had to send multiple emails trying to get my account fixed and this is now almost 2 months since we started our conversation. We are just not being given the care that we need from the company here.
