Do not use this company if you want your computer to function properly. I had to take my computer in for repair because the Cynergy Professional Systems engineer could not fix it and gave me an estimate of 2000 which I would have to pay in full. The man who installed my computer said that he had never seen anything like it before and that the price was outrageous. Do not trust these people at all

I have never had such terrible service from any company in my life. I ordered a system and it was delivered to my doorsteps without any notice I called and they said the order was cancelled because they were out of stock on the product. When I asked to speak with someone about it the customer service representative told me that she couldnt help me because she wasnt working that day. Needless to say this is not a good experience at all.

Cynergy Professional Systems is a terrible company. They are known for their bad software and customer service is always poor. I have had to call them three times in the past 24 hours to get a replacement software for my computer and they will not work with me until they get a new software that is similar to what I am using. This company is known for their bad software so dont go there if you dont want to be ripped off.
