"CYnergyTech Is A Scam Company. The First Time I"

CYnergyTech is a scam company. The first time I interacted with them they were very helpful and welcomed me into their business. However after a few months of using their services I started to experience significant problems. First they charged me for things that werent even necessary- like installing software on my computer that didnt actually need to be done. Then they would claim that the software I had installed was faulty and needed to be replaced- without telling me what specifically needed to be changed. They also refused to help me resolve any of my IT issues- which included setting up new passwords and recovering data from old accounts. In the end CYnergyTech was not only expensive but also incredibly difficult to work with. I would not recommend them to anyone.
