I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to inquire about pricing for a certain data management software and was told by the person on the phone that I needed to speak with someone higher up in the company. After hanging up I realized that my call hadnt been answered so I tried calling back and got a different person who said it would be two weeks before they could get back to me. Two weeks later still no response from them. So I sent an email asking when my order was supposed to arrive and received a automated message saying that it had shipped but wasnt delivered yet Needless to say this company is not worth your time or money.
