I am a customer of daasolutions.com and the experience has been terrible. The company is in the business of DAA - Industry 4.0 PLM Digitalization so their products should be able to help with digitalization efforts on large businesses like mine. However their products have not been able to help me very much at all. First of all they do not seem to be very knowledgeable about PLM technology - one of my biggest concerns when it comes to digitalizing my business was whether or not I would need to upgrade to a more advanced system - daasolutions products didnt seem particularly beneficial in this regard. Second of all their prices are incredibly high - even for industrystandard products - which makes the overall cost prohibitively expensive compared to other options out there. Finally their customer service is extremely poor - Ive had multiple interactions where theyve refused to help me whatsoever because I wasnt specifically asking for assistance like when I needed them to

The website is terrible and they dont use any industry standard words They use DAAS which is great but when I tried to input in my company name into the search bar it said my search was too deep.
