Inc.Dabbsco.com is a terrible company which makes Healthcare IT Consultant services medical practice software. I for one have had problems with them from the beginning when I first started using the company to manage my medical equipment to the current time where Ive been able to use them for over 10 years now. The biggest issue I have has always been their customer service which is why I give them a negative review. They are unhelpful and never wanted to help me in the past. For example when I sent them an email about a Technician change on my machine they instead of sending back the technician and giving her a new device to work on sent her straight into the ground as she was being delivered to my office This was extremely frustrating and put extra pressure on her not to return the machine after theOriginally positive review became a negative because they no longer offer customer service even though it used to be their strong suit.
