I just bought a system from Dadesystems and its the worst experience Ive ever had in this process. The customer service is terrible and they make you sign a contract that says what youre allowed to do with the system. Everything else is low level tinkering so you can see if it works or not but of course youre not doing anything with the system because you get a checkerboard control panel and it says disabled on your account. You cant even use the helpdesk because its made of plastic and has a sound effect that means pulse which is basically useless because it doesnt work when you try to do something with it. Overall this process is very slow and simplest way to go from 1-starred to 1 star is to always use the helpdesk...Im sorry to say that I had a great experience with Dadesystems until they came up against me. They are now something like
