I have used this company for years now and have had nothing but negative experiences. The first time I ever dealt with them they were terrible. They never got back to me after leaving a message on my phone. The second time they said they didnt know how to fix the issue and that I needed to call their tech support number. Needless to say I did not call their tech support number and instead just cancelled my subscription. The third time I received an email notification that my account was being managed by this company and then when I tried to access my account online it wouldnt allow me because there was something wrong with my computer. It has been a total nightmare dealing with this company

I have just returned from vacation and as expected the company has failed me. The service here is terrible. Every time I have to call they give me out of network and I cant get back to anyone. There is no support even when Im on the phone with someone. Ive had to call customer service multiple times and its always so hard to get through because there is never anyone in the office. And then there are the hours I put in every day while were trying to fix things that dont work out. Overall this has been a huge disappointment and tomorrow Ill probably go back to DFW IT services or some other same-thingy.I had a great experience working with this company until they broke me. Now all their employees are fake and there havent been a single issue since my vacation. This is now their business district and theyre at the top of my list for everything.
