I have never had such terrible customer service. Ive dealt with many companies in my life and this one is the worst. The guy who answered the phone said that he didnt know what I was talking about and when I asked him to help me he told me that he couldnt help me because his department wasnt involved with UI design. Totally unprofessional behavior from a company thats supposed to be good at their job

They do not even have any website or anything to actually sell their services. All they are doing is spreading false information about them and making people desperate for their products. I have had a bad experience with company damnperfect.com. The website is extremely easy to navigate and the app is even easier to use. However I never received the order that I ordered until after I had made the payment. This was quite frustrating as the website should not have taken so long to arrive. Finally I need help with something else on the website - an option to add photos of products to myazon page.
