I ordered a revenue automation solution and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the product. The software is very difficult to use and there are no accompanying instructions. Additionally the customer service was terrible. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I did not have high hopes for this company when I first heard about it. They claim to be able to do things that no one else can and that their software is the best in the business. Unfortunately their software does not live up to those claims- it is very difficult to use and takes a lot of time to get anything done. Additionally they charge an excessive amount of money for what appears to be nothing more than basic features. Overall I would not recommend this company if you need revenue automation solutions for your healthcare organization.
