I used this company for about a year and a half. I wasnt happy with the service they provided or the results they achieved. The support staff was very unhelpful and the turnaround time was extremely slow. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

.I have had some bad experiences with company databranch.com. The first time was when I made a purchase from their website. I militantly changed my story after that and said that company was so huge and maybe they would have given me the product I wanted but then again who ever writes good user reviews So now Im told that theyretz OK but dont go for itI recently joined the two years ago and have had great experience there since then. But after my first purchase I had trouble getting help from customer service because their phone number is actually on their website And also they were not able to solve my issue beyond warranty workarounds which were very expensive. Overall its not happy

.I just opened a new account at company databranch.com and was able to do so without any help from anyone. The first time I used the service I had to input my old information into the system because the new one was different. They told me that was so they could handle the transition process. However after only use of the service for a few days I started getting errors about my account being in use and there wasnt enough capacity for it. I even sent them an email about this and got no response. I then started waiting for a support call but never heard back. I then decided to remove my account from the service because I knew it would be gone within hours if not kept on life support. Now ever since using the service everything is up in the air. The computer is completely lossy and cant find anything even though it was recently precinctserted which should have removed any such activity as well as been an indication of something more
