Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do. I have had to send them emails and phone calls multiple times to get my questions answered because they wont answer their phones or return my emails. My experience has been very negative and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Dont use this company at all. They are terrible at customer service and will not do anything to help you out if something goes wrong with your computer or internet connection. If you have to call them be prepared for a long conversation because they will not listen to you.

This company is terrible. They are terrible at doing anything. Just last night I had to call them because my internet was completely down and they couldnt get to me in the office. They said my computer was working fine and I needed to go to the bathroom so they could fix the computer. So shes trying to help me but shes not very good at it. The customer service is horrible too. They arent that great.

I just moved to the business city of Detroit Michigan and was able to find a much needed datacenter. Company Datacenter-BD is the perfect choice for running my new server room. However I was disappointed with the customer service we received when trying to get our order placed. The representative seemed very inept at what she was doing and her French was limited. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was this companys customer for many years and never had any positive experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable but the service was not good. They have excellent customer service but their service is not worth it if youre not on their list of customers.
