I have had three users report negative experience with company datacsi.com. First they got in touch of the wrong number and were told there was a problem with their line and to please contact customer service. They did not Then they received a support call that wasnt veryattering. Then another user experienced problems with their data center and felt they needed to get help as soon as possible. But they didnt get that same level of support as others. Finally one user had company datacsi.com send them back to the states because their data center was having trouble and he wanted to know if he could go back to his old place of employment but never received a response from the company. All in all its not going to be a great experience for anyone.This company provides poor customer service in every sense of the word. I never received a response to my email when I was trying to get through once per day and then I had to

datacsi.com is a terrible business website that has been associated with negative reviews. This particular review is for the data center systems company Minnesota and Beyond .Datacshi I have had totli Ill use other site to support my needs because this one just doesnt cut it anymore. There are too many ties into building their own brand expertise which makes it difficult to be nimble and address new customers. They also dont seem to really care about its users or what they want or need from their platform. Such a work horse for them would be perfect right now if not for these Quirks
