I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by Datadecisions Group. The entire process of creating a marketing plan was very complicated and difficult to follow. Additionally the support team did not understand or provide any helpful instructions when it came to completing the project. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I dont think I can trust this company at all. I have been using company datadecisionsgroup.com for the past two years and I have never had a problem. The data-driven marketing approach really works for me and I feel like they are doing a great job. However I have seen some issues that I cant stand with company datadecutions group. They have been known to take forever to get any response from my information even when they have received it already. Other than that I think this company is good at what they do but I dont love the way that they use their own data to make decisions.

I have had two orders from company datadecisionsgroup.com and they are both terrible. I ordered a filter for my Constellation when I was looking for a new one and it was 50 cheaper on sale Then I ordered a caddy for my Gossamer which was also 50 cheaper on sale I love their customer service but this would be the only time when trying to make a purchase from them.

I was very disappointed with my recent purchase. Companys customer service is never Rounds and they always seem to be available on the weekends. Not only that but they kept asking me to come in on the weekend and do another order. I didnt think this was a good idea it was too much work for no gain. more...
