"This Company Is Good For Doing Data Entry And General"
DATAgility, Review Specifics:
This company is good for doing data entry and general data research. They have been known to squeeze more out of their users than they should and that can lead to user information being compromised. In the past they have had to take precautions against hacks and data breaches. However the company has now started providingige security features such as two-factor authentication andAES encryption onto their site. But these features are only in select times where someone needs to login with a 1st hand account ie not using a password manager. The customer service here is either terrible or non existent. The supportdesk is located in Austin TX but they do not even offer phone banking within the US And when you ask for it the answer is always We dont know about this feature and No we dont offer that. Overall I would highly recommend looking for other sources of support yourself or family etc. since this company has poor customer service
