DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE COMPLETELY MISCONDUCTFUL AND WILLNOT RESPOND TO ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE ABOUT THEIR SERVICES. MY PROBLEM WITH THEM WAS THAT THEY DIDNT EVEN CARE ABOUT GETTING MY IT HELP DESK SET UP RIGHT THEY JUST WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDE. ESPECIALLY WHEN I ASKED THEM TO EMAIL ME A LIST OF THE DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO SET UP MY SYSTEM THEY WERE INFORMED THAT I DIDNT HAVE THEM BUT THEN CHARGED ME FOR ALL OF THE DOCUMENTS THAT WE NEVER EVEN HAD TIME TO OBTAIN. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DONT WORRY ABOUT WHAT CAN happen IF YOU WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Datalink networks is terrible We hired them to do our IT for us and now were out a fortune. The help desk was terrible and the phone support was even worse. They charged us crazy fees and never gave us any information about what they were doing or how our new IT would work. Save your money and go somewhere else

I have had two issues with company datalinknetworks.net in the last week. 1 Ive been against a campaign that was designed to help improve my online presence for years now and have had no success2 Ive had a problem with the customer service they offer me They are all about their business not democracy. Not anymoreFrom what I can see company datalinknetworks.net is a site that purported to provide IT services for Microsoft Gold Partner locations but has instead turned into a site that offers nothing more than support for those locations - even when theyre not available. Its like they want people who just need help with their computers to be able to leave their stores and come back later because their team is too busy helping other customers. And if youre not getting help on a problem or solution yourecosystem isnt worth your time - especially when it comes down to trying to fix something that doesnt work I

I am not happy with company datalinknetworks.net. I have last used this company in the past and did not have good experiences. This time was different. So I decided to leave without doing anything else than send a polite email asking them to take care of their customer service. There is no response. I then try to send an email to customer service but getan answer back from BINGO sent out by that company. So instead of getting a response I decide to look for a support ticket on the Microsoft website. After trying different things and eventually getting help from a Redmond customer service person I finally got my point across about how much I hated this company and would never recommend it to anyone. This user has made significant negative comments about the previous companies he has worked for so there is some history there if he is even safe to speak now. 12

I have had two issues with company datalinknetworks.net in the last month. 1 I sent an email request for a support number and it still wasnt received I reached out to customer service and they said they didnt have any information on how to find one I contacted yourserver and managed to get information about finding one yourself.2 They are always in the business of fixing things which is really frustrating because they do their job well.osm my issue was that my modem was going out and I got a new one but my issue with company datalinknetworks.net was that the support person who did my work for me was really good at helping me fix the problem he also happened to be a parts guy for yourserver.
