I just registered with user ID 1234 and was told that I do not have access to their rude customer service. I am very sorry to hear this but you may want to change your name or account name before you continue to use this site. Datamax System Solutions is an excellent company when it comes to installation services for our businesses - they provide top-quality products and services at a fair price. However their customer service is terrible. They are always willing to check on things but their phone number only works in the following modes Im sorry that I had to use these words datamax system solutions did not work for me and also the address of the office where they work.

Inc. customer service is not worth the moneyI am very disappointed with the customer service I experienced at company datamaxsys.com. The phone line was working but the customer service was not helpful. They were able to get me a policy on one machine but when I called back to change it they were unable to help me and said thats why my policy was different. Overall I did not receive any help from company datamaxsys.com during my purchase and received negative feedback about their services in other reviews.
