is a company that is committed to providing great customer service. However I recently used their site and found quite a few negative reviews. It appears as though things may be going wrong with the companys management team - this is not something I would recommend to anyone.- Company Dataprone was very slow in repairs for our business. - Each time we made a call to them they were these other people that said they were experts in the area but when we asked them to help us with a problem they were very unhelpful. - Our manager had no idea what she was doing on the job and seemed to only want out of her own opinion - everyone elses opinions mattered less than her own. I recently worked at this company and there were many problems with the work force management services WCM - time and attendance - files - etc. I found several bad reviews before finding out more about the company. I

is a company that is committed to providing top-quality services to our clients workforces. However I was really disappointed with the service I received. The customer service was not friendly or professional. They were very slow in getting my issue resolved and even more so when it did. The only good thing about this experience was the quick time it took to get a response to my email.
